Engagement Terms
Service Agreements
All consulting engagements are governed by separate Service Agreements that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms are supplementary to and do not replace individual Service Agreements.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements. Standard terms include 50% upfront, 50% on delivery, with Net 30 payment terms. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership of their pre-existing IP and data. Innovology retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge. Work products are typically transferred to client upon full payment.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and typically execute separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for enterprise engagements.

Termination
